Welcome to TruArista, a platform designed to help families and caregivers support senior citizens with safety, identification, and well-being. These Terms of Service ("Terms") enable you to understand your rights and obligations when accessing or using the TruArista platform and physical tags (collectively, the "Services") provided by Fusionduo Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us"), located at Om Chambers, 648/A, 4th Floor, Binnamangala 1st Stage, Indira Nagar, Bangalore 560038, Karnataka State, India.

By purchasing, activating, or using a TruArista tag, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

TruArista provides physical identification tags linked to a digital profile. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES or active GPS tracking. The product is a passive information aid designed to assist Good Samaritans and first responders in identifying a lost or injured individual.

3. User Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping the medical and contact information on the wearer's profile accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect data.
• Device Integrity: You must ensure the tag (QR code/NFC) is legible and undamaged.
• Authority: If you register a tag for another individual, you warrant that you have the legal authority to do so.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Fee for Services: Certain features and Services on the Platform, including recurring subscriptions for premium features, may require payment of fees.

Subscription Fees: Recurring charges for access to ongoing Services will be automatically charged to your designated payment method at the start of each renewal period.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Product Orders: All payments for physical products, including TruArista-branded Devices, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.

Defective Products: TruArista Devices come with a limited one (1) year warranty from purchase date, covering manufacturing defects. We will replace defective units upon verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusionduo Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. We are not liable for the failure of a third party to scan the tag or technical failures of the NFC chip.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
